our stay at avenue inn & spa was simply delightful. the breakfast had a fantastic variety, and every dish was delicious. the location is just a block from the boardwalk, which made exploring easy. the staff were always friendly, and we loved that lou offered us a ride to the beach, especially with our grandson tagging along.

the beds and pillows were a bit uncomfortable for us.

Friendly staff, clean room, complimentary breakfast, with such delightful touches as free wine and cheese during happy hour and fresh cookies at night, all complemented by great beach access and the convenience of free parking.

I enjoyed my stay. The rooms were clean and spacious. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast, wine, and cheese. It's nice to feel valued as a guest. The service from the staff was noteworthy. During my visit, I felt welcomed by the attentive team, especially the kindness shown to newcomers like me. It reminded me of home in New York, where hospitality is a must.

There was confusion regarding the two separate buildings on the property. It might be helpful to clarify which one to book in advance. Location could also be an issue for those looking for a quieter experience.

the breakfast was really good, so many hot options like pancakes and omelets. they also had coffee and fruit infused water which was nice. loved the chill vibe, and the staff was super friendly. the indoor pool was clean and perfect for my son, he had a blast! location is awesome, just a short walk to the beach.

our room was kinda loud, could hear people by the elevator. also, the temp control in the room was off, hard to get comfy.

Big hype, little substance

Our experience fell flat despite the glowing reviews. The noise from nearby bars was intrusive. Breakfast options, while good, didn't stand out as exceptional. Rooms were clean, but not as spacious as expected. The staff seemed friendly, but our interaction lacked warmth. Disappointed given the hype surrounding this stay.

The Coastal Choice Queen Suite was cozy and quite clean. The bed was pretty comfy, although the pillows could've been better. I loved the little balcony that overlooked the streets, really nice touch! A bit on the smaller side but overall felt inviting. Great storage space too. Just keep in mind that walls are a bit thin, so you might hear some hallway noise if it's packed. Overall, a nice room for a beach getaway.

I loved the beach theme and found the staff incredibly welcoming. My room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. The complimentary toiletries smelled so good, like coconut. Breakfast exceeded my expectations and had a nice variety. The indoor pool was a perfect spot to relax after a day at the beach. However, I did encounter some confusion over which building to check in to, as I booked in the Avenue II. It was a bit inconvenient to have to walk outside to access some amenities like breakfast and the pool. Though the staff was attentive, I think clearer communication regarding the separate buildings would enhance the experience.

my wife and i felt completely at home, especially with the amazing complimentary freshly baked chocolate chip cookies at 8 PM that were a delightful treat. free parking is a bonus!

Great saltwater pool and clean room. Wi-Fi was spotty at times.

This place suits me perfectly! The indoor pool, fitness center, and friendly staff ensure I have everything I need. They once helped me retrieve my forgotten earpods, which I truly appreciated! I recommend trying the wine and cheese hour.
